By the end of Day 2, real assets built with it: your website, SEO pages, automations. Plus every template and prompt we used, and the recordings.

Yes. Each day is $1,500 +GST and you can book either on its own. But they are built as a pair: Day 2 builds real assets using the AIOS you set up on Day 1. Book both and it is $2,500 +GST, you save $500, and most owners do both.

Because I build with each of you. Twelve is the number where I can get to every screen in the room across the two days. It is not scarcity for its own sake, it is the limit of what one room can do properly.

You won't be left behind. Twelve people means I get to your screen fast, and there is support in the room all day, both days. Nobody leaves with a half-built system.

One person, everything in the room: both days of the build (or a single day if that's what you book), lunch each day, the templates and prompts, the recordings, and a month of support in the group after. The price you see is the price, plus GST.

Yes. The Sydney room runs the same two-day format and the dates are being locked now. Book your seat and I confirm the dates and the address with it.

Tell us before the day and we move your seat to the next room in that city, or another city, at no extra cost. Send someone from your team in your place if that's easier. You keep the recordings either way.

We don't do cash refunds — there is always another room coming, so if something comes up we move your seat to the next one at no cost and you keep the recordings. And you leave with it built: if your system isn't running by the end, we stay on it with you until it is.
